While cataloguing items for your trading partners, you require a whole range of information – pricing, dimensions, net weight, certification, technical documentation, images etc. This information is called root data, sometimes also master data or matrix data.

ORION® eCatalogue allows you to list all this data easily either directly from the company’s information system or via XLS, CSV and other formats. With its help you will be able to supplement root data with other relevant information and after the necessary finalization, publish it to the trading partners in a form they require.

The ORION eCatalogue features a history function that displays all modifications in description or price of selected products. You can easily access view when and how has the information regarding a particular item in the catalogue been altered.

The ORION® eCatalogue is provided as a service (Software as a Service). It contains a clearly organized web-based interface with intelligent features. The eCatalogue is connected to the ORION® consolidation central, which ensures errorless transcripts between formats and delivery of data to trading partners.

All data is archived in a reliable and secure manner in the data centre, which holds accreditation from the National Security Bureau. The data centre is monitored by a professional security system, using security keys and protected by high-tech fire detection and protection system. Information about your products are thus available at any time and under state-of-the-art technological protection.
