Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 now available on-line

To this date, the Microsoft Corporation has introduced its new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 in exactly 40 countries, including the Czech and Slovak Republics. A new "online" version of the solution for customer and supplier relations management (so-called xRM) is now also available there. It can help both small and large businesses to improve their retail, marketing and servicing processes or accelerate the development of new and needed applications.

The new version brings an entire new range of functions to an already previously immensely popular solution. Amongst others, we can point out customizable control panels, new feature for efficient export/import of data, dynamic marketing listings, improvements in the domain of product management and operation on team level.

The "online" version of the system is run by Microsoft Corporation itself, who provides it in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS).  Both Czech and Slovak language localisations are available. The customer thus has the choice of implementing their CRM system the standard way (On-premise), or as a service (Online version).
